Our P4C this week was inspired by our trip to the Museum of Liverpool. During our trip we were introduced to past, historical social class issues. There were two types of train carriages - one had no roof and a wooden seat (3rd class) and the other had a roof and cushioned facilities (1st class). The questions raised and discussed were:

Was this fair?

Are people with money more important?

Are people with money better people?

Should this happen?

Does this happen in today's society? If so how?

Much discussion came from this topic including challenging stereo types.
