Pupil Voice interviews about British Values

Date: 3rd Nov 2016 @ 4:01pm

We talked with Mrs Tynegate about British Values. We've been learning about them with Year 3.

MB said, " We did this thing in the hall where we were stranded on a desert island. We had to be democratic and vote for a Prime Minister and a government. You don't have to vote. We worked together to survive on the island. The Brisish values are the laws, being free and being democratic. There are 42 rights for children"

J D-C said, " Everyone gets a say. Everyone gets a vote. The people with the most votes win. I'm a Hindu. We worship lots of different gods. Everyone here respects our beliefs. There is no difference."

JB said, " Everyone has a voice. There's no difference. We can belive different things. It doesn't make any difference. We could be from different places too. The school councillors had a democratic vote"

LM said, " It has to be fair. The Prime Minister is in charge. Everyone gets treated fairly"
