Pupil Voice interviews about British Values

Date: 3rd Nov 2016 @ 3:48pm

We talked with Mrs Tynegate about British Values. We talked about belonging to our school and to our country.

SG said, " It doesn't matter if you are a different colour. It odesn't matter what you believe, you still have to be kind to them. There are laws like don't drive if you've had a drink. We vote in school, like for what books we want to read"

AH said, " I'm from a different country to England and we still all have to be treated the same. The Queen and God makes the rules"

MR said, " We voted for the school council. If we can't agree on something in class we have a vote on it. We have rules in Karate too. It doesn't matter if you're a boy or a girl. You have to treat disabled people much better"

TP said, " We have rules in school, like not talking when the teacher's talking. When the traffic light changes to red, you have to stop when you're driving. We have traffic lights in our class. If you're on gold, you've been very good. We have to help those in need in our country"
