Enterprise Week

Lesson: Curriculum

Class: Year 2 Year: 2016 - 2017

This week we are participating in a whole school Enterprise week.  Each class were given a budget of £20.00 and had to decide on a product to market.

* We discussed the meaning of 'enterprise' and talked about the overall objective being to make money.

* We learned about the importance of teamwork and fairness regarding decision making within the class.

*  We voted on the products we wanted to create.

* We explored advertising and the importance of marketing a product to be able to sell it.

*  We then explored what materials we needed and purchased them.

*  Finally we made our products.

Our stall will be open at 2.30pm on Friday 18th November 2016

We will be selling hotdogs, candyfloss, popcorn and peppermint creams.  

All will be sold at 50p each!
